BOOST LAB burst onto the pharmacy scene in 2021 and had no issues getting their ground-breaking products ranged with major pharmacy banner groups at a head office level. Where they found challenges was in getting the compliance at store level with banner group stores and the distribution in general including independent pharmacies. BOOST LAB came to Alita Sales to work with our large national pharmacy team of Territory Managers and Merchandisers to ensure that Key Account level successes translate into sales at store level through increased distribution, right ranging, merchandising, education of in-store staff and a firm focus on sell-through of BOOST LAB products.
