Banner Group Coverage

Alita Sales works in partnership with every banner group in Australia to present exciting brands and sales opportunities to grow their business and that of their member partners. Our experienced Key Account Managers work with our brand partners in presentations with banner group buyers, category reviews and ranging negotiations. Our approach is that of win- win for both the banner group and the brands.

Success at head office still needs to be executed in store. Our large field force supports the work of the Key Account Managers and brands at head office by executing new ranging and promotional opportunities in store. The Alita Sales field force visit over 89% of the stores across all the banners in Australia.

Representation in Independent Pharmacy

Independent pharmacies still make up a large percentage of the pharmacy world in Australia and at Alita Sales we recognise their unique requirements and cater for that. Independent pharmacies are those that do not belong to a major banner group or who may be aligned only to their wholesalers buying group.

Our field team have regular, reliable call cycles servicing over 4,000 pharmacies across Australia, including independent pharmacy.

Experienced Sales Team

The Australia-wide Alita Sales field force are a well-respected and experienced team of 20 Territory Managers and 7 Merchandisers. All team members have a minimum of 7 years pharmacy selling experience and specific skills in multi-brand selling to ensure the best representation. Alita Sales conducts regular skills training as well as product training to ensure that the selling skills of our team are kept up to date.

Our National Sales Manager works regularly in the field with the team for coaching and development purposes and we invite our brands to work in the field with the team.
